The value of the gift vocuher can be redeemed in store only. The voucher or balance of any purchase made may not be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher. Each gift voucher features a unique reference code. The voucher must be brought into store on the day of your booking. All vouchers have a valid period of 12 months from date of purchase. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any online or in store offers. OItsLailaK LTD cannot be held responsible if the gift voucher is lost, stolen destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided under these circumstances.
We hold the right to cancel any booking if the client is later than 5 minutes. After a 10 minute period your booking will automatically be cancelled and striked off. Read more below on strikes on LATE CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY – THREE STRIKE POLICY.
Confirmed bookings can be cancelled with prior 2 hour notice before the booking with no implications. However if a booking is cancelled by you after this 2 hour period you fail turn up to your appointment your booking will be cancelled after 10 minutes of your selected booking time and will be striked. We have a serious 3 strike policy meaning that if this occurs more then 3 times you will be automatically blacklisted from our system and will not be able to make any future bookings at any Ohitslailak salons.
We understand defects can occur as well as accidental damage. At OhItsLailaK we offer a 48 hour grace period after the appointment time for any issues to be reported to us by contacting us and we will help rectify the issue on a complimentary basis so you will not have to pay. After this 48 hour period any damage to nails can be repaired at cost by contacting us. We recommend using gloves when using any household chemicals as they can react with the chemical compounds in the nail products used and cause deterioration to strength and can lead to arising issues i.e chipping, lifting etc. We recommend not carrying out any activities such as heavy lifting, use of any harsh alkaline or acidic chemicals i.e. bleach, paint remover, spirits etc.
